Stir-fried Minced Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
250g minced pork
150g Szechuan pickled mustard shreds (chopped coarsely) 榨菜
100g bean sprouts
2 red chilies (chopped)
2.5 tbsp canned sambal shrimp paste
Seasoning:
1 tsp MSG
1 tsp light soy sauce
0.5 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp pepper
Method:
1) Heat up 2 tbsp oil in the preheated wok to stir-fry minced pork until the color has changed. Add in chopped Szechuan pickled mustard, sambal shrimp paste and the seasoning, stir-fry briskly until aromatic.
2) Add in bean sprouts and chopped chilies, reduce to high heat and keep stirring for a while. Dish up. Serve hot.
