Oatmeal breakfast bread is a recipe chosen by Natalie for TWD this week. This would have been an easy recipe if not for the fact that I have to make applesauce from scratch. How I wish I could get store-bought applesauce here! Anyway, after making the applesauce, the rest is really easy. Just use a spatula to stir all the ingredients together and the cake is ready to go into the oven!
The spiced bread is soft and moist and it pairs well the crunchy topping. It is definitely a nice and yummy treat for breakfast!
If you want to give the recipe a try, head over to Natalie's blog!
