Double apple bundt cake is a recipe chosen by Lynne of Honey Muffin for TWD this week. I quartered the recipe and got 3 mini bundt cakes. These little cakes are soft, moist and packed full of flavour (apple butter, grated apple, and spices). It's a pity that I only made a small batch but I'm sure that I'll bake these cakes again very soon!
If you want to give the recipe a try, head over to Lynne's blog!
