I've not been updating my blog again as I was feeling tired and lazy after a fun-filled holiday to Hokkaido, Japan in early July. When I finally got into the mood of baking and blogging last Tuesday, I made blueberry nectarine pie, thinking that I could participate in TWD. But as I was happily downloading pictures and ready to blog about it, I then realised that it's actually meant for TWD this week, duh! Anyway, it didn't matter at all because the pie is absolutely delicious. My only regret was that I only made a tiny portion using a 3.5-inch tartlet pan and I couldn't get enough of it!
