Hi <br />Thanks again for this recipe esp when u have graciously translated for us.<br /><br />It took me a while to realise that the bananas are not sliced but it&#39;s a whole column of banana per slice. It&#39;s unique! Trust the japanese to come up with such beautiful cakes <br />; ))<br />Wish I can translate my Japanese pastry book into English too....<br /><br />Am going to try this recipe
